Job Description

The Graduate Project is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions and Registry Manager to lead and manage the administrative processes for our higher education programmes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Admissions and Student Support: Oversee the admissions process for various academic courses, including open days, application management, and candidate interviews.
  • International Student Services: Provide guidance on student visa applications and ensure compliance with all relevant immigration regulations.
  • Student Enrolment and Records: Manage the enrolment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and securely.
  • Course Administration and Operations: Monitor student attendance, prepare reports, and collaborate with senior staff to ensure smooth course operations.
  • Data Management and Compliance: Assist in managing student data, ensuring all records comply with institutional and regulatory requirements.
  • Student Services and Support: Coordinate with student support teams to provide assistance in areas such as accommodation, health services, and financial aid.


Requirements:


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in administrative roles, ideally with some management responsibilities.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel, with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with student finance systems and visa processes is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is highly desirable.
