About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Programme Coordinator. As a key member of our centre team, you will play a vital role in delivering our innovative education programme to children and young people aged 7-18.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the IntoUniversity Programme: Work closely with our centre team to deliver the programme effectively in different settings, including schools-based workshops, Academic Support sessions, and educational visits.
  • Organise and Assist with Programme Delivery: Assist with the organisation and delivery of the Academic Support, FOCUS, and Mentoring Programmes.
  • Liaise with Schools and Partner Bodies: Liaise with schools and other partner bodies to organise the classroom and resources, and plan project delivery.
  • Update and Maintain Centre Resources: Update and maintain IntoUniversity displays, publicity, and resources.
  • Recruit Children and Young People: Work with the IntoUniversity Centre Leader to recruit children and young people to the programme, including after-school Academic Support and FOCUS Weeks.
  • Develop Educational Resources: Develop educational resources and worksheets for use across all IntoUniversity programmes.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations and legal requirements, including safeguarding policies and equal opportunities legislation.
  • Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion in your role at all times, referring to the Diversity and Inclusion Staff Responsibilities Guide.
