Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Randstad Construction and Property. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing substantial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage construction projects valued up to £15 million, focusing on sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare.
  • Plan and coordinate complex daily and weekly project activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage in stakeholder management, conducting both informal and formal meetings with team members and subcontractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements to deliver projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Lead and manage project teams in alignment with company policies and values.
  • Ensure high standards are maintained on-site, promoting appropriate conduct among team members and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure delivery is on schedule and within budget.
Essential Qualifications
  • Strong background in the construction industry, preferably with experience from a Tier 1 contractor.
  • CSCS Site Manager Qualification.
  • SMSTS Certification.
  • Valid Full UK Driving License.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Experience in preconstruction activities, including planning and tender involvement, is advantageous.
Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £73,000 along with benefits including a car allowance, pension, and travel expenses.
