Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:
DKMRBH Inc is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from estimating and bidding to project execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including estimators, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Five years of experience in asphalt paving or construction industry estimating and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex project issues.
- Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
