Job Summary:

DKMRBH Inc is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including construction, estimating, and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
  • Five years of experience in asphalt paving or construction industry estimating and project management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
