About The Role
- Overseeing all aspects of roofing operations on a large-scale construction project.
- Managing site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Developing and implementing project schedules and budgets.
- Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Procurement and management of materials and equipment.
- Resolving site issues and challenges effectively.
About The Candidate
- Proven experience as a Roofing Site Manager on large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including pitched and flat roofing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in construction health and safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management (desirable).
