Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Project Manager, you will be entrusted with the management of a prominent 35-unit residential construction project. Your role will encompass:
- Strategic Programming, Planning, and Scheduling utilizing Microsoft Project.
- Regular Reporting to Senior Management.
- Financial Oversight and Budget Management.
- Ensuring Quality Standards are met.
- Engaging with Stakeholders effectively.
- Identifying and Mitigating Risks.
- Overseeing Health & Safety protocols.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- SMSTS Certification.
- NVQ Level 6 or 7.
- CSCS Card.
- Professional certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- A valid UK Driving Licence.
- Proven track record of delivering residential projects exceeding 70 units from inception to completion in a managerial capacity.
- A solid employment history within the residential construction sector over the past decade.
Additionally, you should hold a current First Aid certification and be proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel and Outlook.
