About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in traditional residential construction, with experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities will include creating build programmes, overseeing the progress of construction on multiple sites, and ensuring that the company's quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant construction qualification, such as an HNC/HND in building or a construction-related degree, and will be able to motivate teams to achieve critical deadlines.
