Job Description

Job Title: Store Leadership Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Store Leadership Manager to lead our retail store team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experience, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through effective commercial, visual, and operational strategies
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer experience and increase sales
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Store Managers and Regional BIGs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Store and Regional BIGs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably with M&S
  • Strong commercial, visual, and operational acumen
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
