About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure optimal availability and minimize waste
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
