Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team and drive the successful launch and growth of a new brand. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a compelling brand strategy that positions our products at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, including brand guidelines, key messaging, and go-to-market plans, to ensure alignment with our company's overall vision and goals.
  2. Digital Marketing Leadership: Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support e-commerce initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform our approach.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand execution and campaign success, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  4. Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects of brand campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic goals, utilizing project management skills to drive results.
  5. Innovation Partnership: Work closely with our Innovation team to bring new products to market, ensuring they align with brand strategy and consumer needs, and driving innovation through collaboration and creativity.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment on brand objectives, gather feedback, and foster collaboration across the organization, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  7. Content Management: Manage and optimize website content for accuracy, relevance, and exceptional user experience, ensuring that our online presence reflects our brand values and resonates with our target audience.
  8. Market Response & Adaptation: Proactively utilize market insights and data trends to respond to competitive actions or shifts in market dynamics, staying ahead of the curve and driving business growth through strategic decision-making.
  9. Performance Monitoring: Assess and report the performance of all marketing activities against KPIs, providing actionable insights and measuring ROI, to inform future marketing strategies and optimize resource allocation.
  10. Collateral Development: Create compelling branded collateral and sales materials that resonate with target audiences, leveraging creative skills to drive engagement and conversion.
  11. Commercial Oversight: Stay closely connected to financial performance, monitor budgets, and manage the portfolio's P&L, ensuring that our marketing efforts drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Brand Management Expertise: Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the healthcare or wellbeing sectors.
  3. Digital & E-Commerce Proficiency: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills focusing on data-driven decision-making and commercial acumen.
