The Role:

As a Commercial Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and contributing to the efficiency of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily administration and providing support to our employees across the North Europe Region
  • Coordinating events and performing specialized tasks, such as organizing executive travel visits and managing purchase orders
  • Supporting mail and courier services, managing email distribution lists, and ordering stationery
  • Coordinating logistics and materials for large internal meetings and off-site sales meetings
  • Managing branded merchandise and communicating with the sales team
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good standard of general education, such as GCSEs or A-Levels
  • Excellent organization skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
