About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Product Coordinator to join our Product and Design team at Ohh Deer | Playful Paper Goods | B Corp®. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in developing and coordinating commercially viable products that meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

As a Product Coordinator, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating products that align with our company's vision and values. You'll work closely with our Creative Director and other team members to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-house designs that are commercially viable, meet customer expectations, and generate the best return on investment for the business.
  • Analyse trends, customer feedback, and sales data to ensure that we develop, license, and print products that have the best return on investment.
  • Ensure that all product information is up-to-date, including key stakeholder information, particularly the Purchasing team when placing Purchase Orders.
  • Work closely with the wholesale team to coordinate submissions and product samples for our Key and National accounts.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks within the Product and Design team, including artworking, liaising with suppliers, and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure that all products meet our expectations and time scales, including retouching images, reformatting, colour matching, and proofing.
  • Follow and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure that all products and communications are in line.
  • Regularly review set KPIs, prepare activity reports, and metrics, and report directly to the Line Manager.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as required to meet business needs.
  • Contribute to process and systems development by making suggestions and recommendations to the directors to assist in the growth and success of the Company.
  • Assist colleagues and support the Company generally by undertaking additional duties and tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Relevant design qualification or proven experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • GCSE Math and English or equivalent at Grade C or higher.
Desirable
  • Experience of working in a small business.
  • Previous experience of artworking within a product-based industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Excel to a good standard.
