About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Product Coordinator to join our Product and Design team at Ohh Deer | Playful Paper Goods | B Corp®. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and coordinating commercially viable products that meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Design, develop, and coordinate products that align with our company vision, ensuring they are commercially viable, meet customer expectations, and generate the best return on investment.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform product development and licensing decisions.
  • Product Information Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including key stakeholder communication and purchasing team coordination.
  • Submission and Sampling: Work closely with the wholesale team to coordinate submissions and product samples for key and national accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate and delegate tasks within the Product and Design team, including artworking, supplier liaison, and marketing materials.
  • Supplier Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure products meet our expectations and time scales, including image retouching, formatting, color matching, and proofing.
  • Brand Guidelines: Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure all products and communications align with our brand identity.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Regularly review set KPIs, prepare activity reports, and report directly to the Line Manager.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake ad hoc projects as required to meet business needs.
  • Process Development: Contribute to process and systems development, suggesting improvements to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Design Qualification: Relevant design qualification or proven experience.
  • Software Skills: Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Math and English: GCSE Math and English or equivalent at Grade C or higher.
Desirable Skills
  • Small Business Experience: Experience working in a small business environment.
  • Artworking Experience: Previous experience of artworking within a product-based industry.
  • Microsoft Excel: Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Excel to a good standard.
