We are seeking a highly skilled Space Planner to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a Space Planner, you will be responsible for delivering space plan rearrangements, planning and implementing move projects, tasks, and move layout designs.
Key Responsibilities:- Using AutoCAD to help design and plan the spaces for client buildings/offices
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and project managers to gain knowledge of coming works
- Scheduling works to provide best value for the client and customer
- Keeping moves tracker documents up to date at all times
- Ensuring that purchase orders are raised and tracked before work takes place
- Providing regular updates on workload and pipeline works to the MAC manager
- Experience using AutoCAD
- Demonstrating experience in managing financial tracking and operations
- Demonstrating IT literacy capability for software application with full literacy with Microsoft Office suite including Teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving license
