Senior Integrated Planner
The Role
The Senior Integrated Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive infrastructure plans for each Site Director area within the client's Infrastructure (CSI) framework. This role consolidates key milestones, critical dates, and interdependencies among various elements, including Maintenance, DHDA Design/Safety Case, and Operational plans/programmes.
Responsibilities
- Collate data from multiple sources to integration into required P6 Resource loaded schedules
- Extensive KSH engagement over cross-organisational boundaries
- Analyse, challenge and report discrepancies, risks, issues and opportunities within the integrated plans to ensure timely mitigation for client
- Develop and manage a monthly DHI level CSI integrated infra plan to provide an overall strategic CSI picture
- Demonstrate cause and effect and run mitigation scenarios as required
- Engage with Engineering and Compliance groups and be able to identify their tasks and how they interact
- Compile monthly reports on progress, change, cause and effect and mitigation measures
We Need
Must have experience of producing P6 schedules and associated documentation including good understanding of risk, change management and stakeholder management
Experience with Primavera P6 practitioner, MS Office proficiency
Desirable
Working within an operational environment, working in a secure environment, construction/implementation experience
Location
Hybrid – WFH and 2-3 days onsite (Glasgow).

Experience with NEC3/4
Project or Risk Management qualification
Security Requirements
You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.
