Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programme strategies for clients, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Analyse performance data and advise the project team on potential impact and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to risk, opportunity, and commercial implications of tender bids.
  • Carry out pre-contract planning and work-winning processes to produce bid programmes and associated time-related information.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar sector-related field.
  • Experience in modelling and 4D planning, with proficiency in Asta or P6.
  • Ability to analyse and utilise data for reporting and forecasting.
  • Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
