Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive administrative and reception support to the Centre Director, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the facility.
Compensation: £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Maintain a tidy reception area and safeguard confidential information.
- Promptly answer incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary, or taking messages for timely delivery to the appropriate parties. Urgent inquiries regarding admissions should be escalated to the Centre Director without delay.
- Manage incoming mail and parcels, ensuring proper distribution according to established policies. Handle the collection and dispatch of external mail.
- Assist the Centre Director in organizing meetings, including room bookings and coordination of staff meetings. Responsibilities include minute-taking and distribution post-approval.
- Coordinate transport arrangements for patients and staff as requested by senior management.
- Monitor and replenish stationery supplies in accordance with company policy.
- Oversee uniform inventory and distribution, including management of staff locker keys and production of ID badges.
- Conduct general filing duties, maintaining records for patients, staff, training, and other relevant documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a Health and Social Care environment
- Proven track record in a busy administrative or reception role
- Strong communication skills across various mediums
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, understanding roles and responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Location Requirement: This role necessitates attendance at the designated facility and occasional travel to other sites as needed.
