Key Responsibilities:
The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • **Financial Reporting** - Preparation of comprehensive financial statements for multiple entities, including full consolidation of income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
  • **Financial Management** - Overseeing all financial operations for a US-based entity, ensuring complete accountability for the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, along with regular management reporting for both UK and US operations.
  • **Payroll Administration** - Managing payroll processes and benefits, including the upkeep of documentation for monthly approvals by senior management.
  • **Strategic Planning and Project Oversight** - Leading system evaluations and implementations, conducting thorough analyses of available options and timelines for execution.
  • **KPI Management** - Maintaining and enhancing the KPI reporting tool, utilizing Power BI, and collaborating with senior management on improvements.

Qualifications Required:
To excel in this role, candidates must possess a professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) and have experience in a time-sensitive financial environment. A background in a finance department of an organization with a minimum turnover of £15 million and an international presence is essential.
