Children's Residential Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Residential Manager to lead our new two-bedded homes specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
As the Children's Residential Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding for children. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the homes, manage a dedicated team of support staff and foster positive relationships with children, families and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the children's residential home in accordance with OFSTED standards.
- Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding and welfare for all children.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the children.
- Work closely with external agencies, families, and professionals for comprehensive care.
- Maintain all necessary records and documentation in compliance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Relevant social care qualification ideally Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
- At least two years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
- Experience in managing EBD homes or similar settings.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including OFSTED standards and legislation relating to children's care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
