Job Title: Children's Residential Care Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Residential Care Manager to lead our residential care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding for children in our residential care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the residential care home in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and welfare for all children.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the children.
  • Work closely with external agencies, families, and professionals for comprehensive care.
  • Maintain all necessary records and documentation in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant social care qualification, ideally Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
  • At least two years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
  • Proven experience managing residential care homes or similar settings.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including OFSTED standards and legislation relating to children's care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
