We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bank Reconciliation Manager to lead our Bank Reconciliation Team and drive end-to-end process improvement.

About the Role

As Senior Bank Reconciliation Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing bank reconciliations, liaising with finance teams, and integrating new entities and bank accounts into the process.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and own granular client-level bank reconciliations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Drive process improvement by working with External Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Record to Report teams.
  • Develop a shared service strategy and target operating model for the Bank Reconciliation Team.
  • Provide a robust reconciliation and control environment, ensuring timely follow-up and remediation work.
  • Support internal, external, and client audits, maintaining robust audit trails and evidence.
  • Ensure policies are written, owned, and updated to maintain strong reconciliation disciplines.
  • Own a transformational agenda to optimize processes and deliver best-in-class performance.

What We Offer

  • Working knowledge of accounting double-entry and reconciliation processes.
  • Technical understanding of cash management financial systems, with Oracle cash systems experience desirable.
  • Financial Services experience, with debt management knowledge desirable.
