  • Collaborate with other teams to improve processes, ensuring they are effective and efficient.
  • Support the Head of Bank Reconciliation in maintaining a robust reconciliation and control environment.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring robust audit trails and evidence.
  • Monitor and report KPIs and SLAs, creating monthly dashboards and providing management information.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a team in a high-volume processing environment.
  • Qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and identify risks.
  • Improvement mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Previous reconciliation experience essential, with Oracle/ERP experience desirable.
