Job Summary: Marc Daniels is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team in a market leading company. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for implementing first-class collections processes and working with the Accounts Receivable team to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain effective collections processes to ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Communicate with customers via telephone to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
  • Manage and prioritize a debt management case queue to reduce outstanding aged ledger.
  • Produce weekly debt reporting for the AR Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using MS Excel to analyze and manage data.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Credit Control or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
