Position Overview:
As a temporary Senior Clerical Officer, your primary responsibility will be to manage the processing and payment of various financial documents, including school invoices, petty cash claims, and travel reimbursements. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all financial documents are properly authorized and coded.
- Input batches into the financial system and verify their accuracy.
- Maintain supplier records, including updates and amendments.
- Organize and distribute office correspondence.
- Assist the Accounts Manager with additional tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage a diverse workload effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Initiative in problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in ICT, particularly Excel.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
