Senior Surveyor - Property Development

Plowman Craven is seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our Property Development team. As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading the project survey team and overseeing all surveying and technical aspects of a project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the project survey team and ensure all surveying and technical aspects of a project are completed to the highest standard.
  • Mentor and train junior surveyors to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the project team to discuss and agree the most appropriate technology and method to deliver projects.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team and provide regular reports on project progress.
  • Ensure all project data is managed and stored securely.
  • Review and prepare feedback for external supplier work.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technology developments in the industry.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in general surveying.
  • Laser scanning experience.
  • Topographical surveying experience.
  • Measured building surveying experience.
  • Qualification relevant to surveying or civil engineering.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Use of N4CE, Cyclone & AutoCAD.
  • Strong IT understanding.
  • Willingness to be flexible with working location and hours.
