About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to join our team at Cityscape, a leading concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor based in the North West London and Bedfordshire areas.

As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing a selection of concrete frame or groundwork packages from pre-contract stages through to final accounts. With a strong focus on career development, we offer opportunities for progression and growth within the business.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quantity surveying or commercial management, with a strong understanding of the concrete frame and groundwork sectors. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work closely with our group director and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 to £120,000 + package, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to take your career to the next level, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee concrete frame or groundwork packages from pre-contract stages through to final accounts
  • Work closely with the group director and other stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Manage and coordinate commercial activities, including contract administration and financial management
