About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to join our team at Cityscape Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing concrete frame and groundwork packages from pre-contract stages to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a selection of concrete frame or groundwork packages

About the Company

Our client is a leading concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor with over 25 years of experience. They have a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial projects with technical capability. The company is privately owned and has a turnover of around £150 million per annum.

Requirements
  • Degree-qualified in quantity surveying or commercial management
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager in the UK
  • Strong technical knowledge of concrete frames and groundwork
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
About the Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 to £120,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive package including pension and a structured bonus scheme. Alternatively, we can consider self-employed payment methods with pay rates averaging £400 to £500 per day.
