About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced administrative professional to provide efficient and effective support to our care homes and regional managers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:
- Analyzing and reporting service data and information to regional managers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Providing additional support to the service, including training and development monitoring, project work, audits, and performance reviews.
- Administering annual leave and attendance through our computerized resource management system.
- Providing administration cover and support in the absence of home administrators.
- Organizing and providing support in meetings, including minute-taking and disseminating outcomes to relevant teams.
- Taking an active part in the setup of new services or changes from an administrative, system, or process perspective.
- Escalating concerns regarding data quality or accuracy to senior management and providing action plans to resolve such issues.
- Ensuring high-quality and timely support is provided when producing correspondence, reports, emails, presentations, project plans, and spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to care homes and regional managers.
- Analyzing and reporting service data and information.
- Providing additional support to the service, including training and development monitoring.
- Administering annual leave and attendance.
- Providing administration cover and support.
- Organizing and providing support in meetings.
- Taking an active part in the setup of new services or changes.
- Escalating concerns regarding data quality or accuracy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Highly organized and experienced administrative skills.
- Ability to analyze and report service data and information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and internal management systems.
