Job Title: Lead Technology Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technology Partner to join our team at Wipro Technologies. As a key member of our Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Domain Consulting team, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies for Risk and Compliance services across Europe.
  • Manage a team of consulting professionals based in India, including their goals, objectives, mentoring, and career planning.
  • Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within Risk and Compliance.
  • Leverage your expertise to create a strong Wipro market positioning for increasing Wipro's mindshare in the Risk and Compliance ecosystem.
  • Deliver and program expertise with experience in handling multi-shore consulting projects with distributed teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience working as an SME in Financial Risk and Compliance domain and managed multiple consulting and implementation programs.
  • Good understanding of Risk and Regulatory Compliance domain for BFSI clients – particularly focused on banking (retail and commercial).
  • Working knowledge of key Risk & Compliance functions for Banks – Credit Risk, Treasury, Finance, Regulatory Compliance and reporting.
  • Good understanding of IT delivery methodology including Agile, Scrum, Iterative etc.
  • Should be able to estimate/validate implementation/customization efforts of IT solutions.
  • MBA Finance or equivalent.
