Are you a motivated and experienced HR professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for supporting employees and driving business success? We're seeking a Senior HR Advisor with Travel to join our dynamic team at Career Moves Group.

About the Role

As a Senior HR Advisor with Travel, you will play a key role in supporting our HR Business Partners and leading key HR initiatives. Your focus will be on adding value to strategic HRBP activities and delivering end-to-end support for core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage maternity, paternity, and parental leave from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers.
  • Oversee sickness and absence management, providing advice and guidance to managers and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal obligations.
  • Support HRBPs with employee relations matters, offering guidance on policies, best practices, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations team to ensure seamless execution of processes, such as issuing contracts and maintaining employee records.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee wellbeing, engagement, and productivity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar Junior HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in managing maternity, paternity, and parental leave, as well as sickness and absence management.
  • Familiarity with UK employment law, particularly around leave and absence policies.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations cases.
  • Experience working closely with HRBPs or senior HR stakeholders to support business needs.
