Role Overview

As an HR Advisor, you will be instrumental in connecting the HR department with the broader business objectives. Your key responsibilities will encompass offering expert advice on employment regulations, managing employee relations, facilitating recruitment efforts, executing policies, and supporting the Head of People with various HR initiatives and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, absenteeism, and performance evaluations.
  • Assisting managers with recruitment to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Promoting a culture of high performance where talent is acknowledged and developed.
  • Overseeing payroll functions, including salary processing and deductions.
  • Revising HR policies to ensure compliance with current laws.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance to induction.
  • Analyzing and reporting on HR KPIs, including employee absence and turnover rates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have a thorough understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment and selection. Strong organizational and administrative capabilities, experience throughout the employee lifecycle, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment are essential. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality are critical. Familiarity with payroll processing is also advantageous.
