Overview:
KPI People Ltd is seeking a skilled Automotive Sales Consultant to enhance our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in automotive sales, demonstrating a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your duties will encompass:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Providing expert advice on vehicle features and benefits.
  • Facilitating the sales process from initial contact to finalizing the sale.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Desirable Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following attributes are preferred:

  • Experience within a franchised dealership environment.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence.

Compensation and Benefits:
The role offers a competitive base salary of £22,000, with the potential to earn up to £45,000 through uncapped commissions.
