Role Overview

As an HR Advisor, you will be instrumental in connecting the HR department with the operational side of the business. Your role will encompass providing expert advice on employment regulations, managing employee relations, facilitating recruitment efforts, implementing policies, and supporting the Head of People with various HR initiatives and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, absenteeism, and performance evaluations.
  • Assisting line managers in recruitment and ensuring an efficient hiring process.
  • Promoting a culture of high performance where talent is acknowledged and developed.
  • Overseeing payroll functions, including salary processing and deductions.
  • Revising HR policies to ensure compliance with current laws.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance to induction.
  • Tracking and analyzing HR KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, including absence rates and turnover statistics.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have a thorough understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment and selection. Strong organizational and administrative capabilities, experience throughout the employee lifecycle, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment are essential. Attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality are crucial. Familiarity with payroll processing is also advantageous.
