Role Overview
As a Senior Practitioner within the ASC Neighbourhoods Team, you will be an integral part of a skilled, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to the swift assessment of residents requiring Adult Social Care. This role emphasizes a flexible and personalized approach to care planning, prioritizing the needs and preferences of our residents to achieve optimal outcomes.
This is a pivotal moment to step into this role as we reshape the ASC Neighbourhoods framework to provide exceptional service to our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Team Manager and Service Manager to promote a strengths-based practice across the service.
- Support, coach, and mentor team members, ensuring high professional standards are upheld.
- Contribute to a culture of leadership that empowers staff and recognizes achievements.
- Engage in continuous professional development and reflective practice.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a recognized qualification in Social Work (BA, BSc, DIPSW, CQSW, or MA) and be registered with Social Work England. You should have a proven track record of fostering a supportive environment that encourages staff development and keeps abreast of evolving practices.
