Location: Solihull

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in estimating within the Facilities Management sector
  • Capability to critically assess bid teams
  • Strong commercial insight and analytical abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Contract Conditions and Specifications
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in managing risks
  • Commercial insight and technical expertise

  • Established estimating experience
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
