Position Title: HR Officer
Salary: £29,000 plus bonus
Working Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Overview:
KPI Recruiting Ltd is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive HR Officer to become a vital part of our energetic team. The successful candidate will deliver extensive HR support and advice to both staff and management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal standards. This position encompasses a blend of strategic oversight and practical responsibilities, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and the execution of HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:Main Duties:
- Facilitate all recruitment processes, playing a key role in attracting and integrating top talent while ensuring that hiring procedures are professional, efficient, timely, and cost-effective.
- Offer comprehensive professional support, advice, and guidance on a wide array of employment matters and employee relations.
- Collaborate with HR Administrative Support to manage all people-related activities and communications within the HR scope (e.g., newsletters, team-building events, surveys, internships, apprenticeship programs, charity initiatives).
- Evaluate and refine HR processes and policies in accordance with best practices and legislative changes.
- Enhance employee capabilities by developing and/or delivering tailored training materials and solutions.
- Maintain precise records and prepare various analyses, statistics, KPIs, annual reviews, and reports as necessary.
- Assist with projects, payroll, and/or benefits preparations as needed.
- Provide mentorship to HR Administrative Support to foster professional growth.
- Represent the HR Department and the organization in a professional and positive manner across all platforms, including email, calls, online interactions, and face-to-face engagements.
- Perform any additional tasks required to support business needs or cover for absent colleagues.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment within an HR role/team, including engagement with agencies and proficiency in utilizing recruiting platforms and social networks.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and office software skills (experience with SharePoint is advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptable with excellent interpersonal, written, and analytical abilities.
- Confident, innovative, inquisitive, friendly, and approachable with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- CIPD qualified or possess relevant experience, with a solid understanding of UK employment law.
