Overview:
KPI Recruiting Ltd is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive HR Officer to become a vital part of our vibrant team. The successful candidate will deliver extensive HR support and advice to both staff and management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal standards. This position encompasses a blend of strategic initiatives and practical responsibilities, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance oversight, and the execution of HR policies.
Core Responsibilities:The primary duties include:
- Facilitating all recruitment processes and playing a key role in attracting and integrating high-caliber talent while ensuring that hiring procedures are efficient, professional, and cost-effective.
- Offering comprehensive professional guidance on a wide array of employment matters and employee relations.
- Collaborating with HR Administrative Support to manage all personnel activities and communications within the HR scope (e.g., newsletters, team-building events, surveys, internships, apprenticeship programs, charity initiatives).
- Evaluating and updating HR processes and policies to align with best practices and legislative changes.
- Enhancing employee skills by developing and/or delivering tailored training materials and solutions.
- Maintaining precise records and preparing various analyses, statistics, KPIs, annual reviews, and reports as necessary.
- Assisting with projects, payroll, and benefits administration as required.
- Providing mentorship to HR Administrative Support to foster professional growth.
- Representing the HR Department and the organization positively and professionally in all interactions, including emails, calls, online communications, and face-to-face meetings.
- Performing any additional tasks necessary to support business operations or cover for absent colleagues.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment within an HR environment, including engagement with agencies and familiarity with hiring platforms and social networks.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and office software proficiency (experience with Sharepoint is a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Adaptable with outstanding interpersonal, written, and analytical skills.
- Confident, innovative, inquisitive, friendly, and approachable, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- CIPD qualification or relevant experience, along with a solid understanding of UK employment legislation.
