Fitness Sales Professional

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Sales Professional to join our team at Equinox Fitness Club. As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, building relationships with members, and promoting our services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed individual sales targets by selling club memberships, prospecting new business, and hosting events and workshops to generate leads.
- Member Engagement: Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to increase retention and drive sales.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all club services, programs, and products to effectively promote and sell them to members.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, General Manager, and Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and support the club's overall objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to work independently and think creatively to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with members and colleagues.
- Passion for Fitness: Personal passion for health and fitness to promote our services and products.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing sales team.
