As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in representing the Fitness First brand and driving sales success. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding potential members through our fitness offerings, and converting them into loyal clients.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Embody the spirit of operational excellence and serve as a positive role model for all club staff.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by conducting engaging tours, effectively converting prospects into members, and ensuring accurate data capture.
  • Promote our signature Fitness First products and services, including FFX programs, to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various business support functions to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Contribute to outreach activities that promote the club and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of membership fees and promotions, effectively communicating them to all members.
  • Ensure high levels of sales integrity by warmly welcoming new prospects and members, providing clear information about terms, conditions, and promotional offers.
  • Support the development and maintenance of corporate relationships through participation in events and ongoing engagement.
  • Play a crucial role in retaining existing members by delivering exceptional experiences and fostering strong relationships.
  • Assist with processing feedback received in accordance with Fitness First's complaints policy.
  • Provide support to other team members, including engaging positively with members on the gym floor.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and complete all relevant checks.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as requested by your general manager and demonstrate flexibility in fulfilling various duties.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to contribute to revenue goals through the achievement of sales targets.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service within a similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in both face-to-face and phone-based sales techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of the fitness industry is beneficial.
  • Exceptional guest service skills and a commitment to providing outstanding member experiences.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to business needs, including covering team members' shifts when required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management abilities and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to performing assigned duties.
