Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Business Administrator. In this role, you will provide clerical support to our Consultants, Branch Manager, and Partners, while also being responsible for completing the branch's weekly payroll in line with our set policies and compliance criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly answer all inbound telephone calls and direct them accordingly.
  • Filter calls during key sales times.
  • Open and distribute the daily post.
  • Format CVs to be sent out to clients.
  • Register all candidates on our in-house database.
  • Obtain references and temp leads from candidates.
  • Place job advertisements.
  • Order necessary office stationery.
  • Produce letters to clients and candidates.
  • Communicate with the Branch Manager and assist in resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Payroll Responsibilities
  • Generate and send out weekly time sheets in the most appropriate format.
  • Gather completed time sheets from clients and candidates in a timely manner.
  • Check time sheets for correctness against information entered onto our in-house database.
  • Enter time sheets onto our in-house database before the payroll deadline and scan all processed time sheets to Back office Nationwide.
  • Meticulously check validations and correct any discrepancies with assistance where required.
Compliance Management
  • Ensure registration forms are sent to candidates in the most appropriate format.
  • Ensure all placements supply the correct supporting documentation in line with our stated ISO recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all AWR information requests are sent to clients at the appropriate time intervals.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Report any known accidents immediately in accordance with the IMS manual.
  • Notify the Branch Manager of any commercial queries that may result in non-payment or delayed payment of invoices.
