Administrative Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
This role is a temporary maternity cover contract lasting between 6 to 9 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 am - 04:45 pm
Friday: 08:00 am - 03:30 pm
Includes a flexible 30-minute daily lunch break, tailored to the right candidate's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls from clients and employees
- Managing email correspondence
- Processing weekly payroll timesheets
- Addressing payroll inquiries
- Recording and processing holiday requests
- Reviewing, scanning, and entering candidate documentation and compliance materials
- Assisting with booking entries
- Maintaining the internal database of client and candidate information
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Team-oriented with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
