Client Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a Client Relations Coordinator / Hire Operations Specialist to join a prominent organization specializing in the rental of portable accommodations, modular cabins, and related products.
In this office-based role, the Client Relations Coordinator will oversee expert project management for all new deliveries and collections.
You will play a crucial role in post-sale client support, ensuring their satisfaction and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with various departments to create a seamless and exceptional client experience, leaving a lasting impression at every interaction.
- Coordinating post-sale contract processes with accuracy, ensuring thoroughness and efficiency in documentation and communication.
- Conducting detailed audits of all new contracts, working closely with Sales Colleagues and Clients to ensure contract precision.
- Coordinating with Support Services & Transport teams for deliveries, collections, and site relocations to ensure smooth execution of requirements to the client's satisfaction.
- Efficiently managing cross hires, maximizing operational efficiency through effective collaboration and strong organizational skills.
- Providing outstanding post-delivery client support, promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Overseeing month-end processing, generating and reconciling reports.
- Resolving vendor and client invoice discrepancies.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be organized, methodical, proactive, and capable of using their initiative to solve problems.
Experience in client service and administrative roles within a dynamic environment, working towards deadlines and targets, is essential.
Candidates with backgrounds as Hire Controllers, Administrators, Sales Administrators, or Project Administrators in construction, plant, equipment rental, M&E Engineering contracting, or transport/logistics are preferred. However, individuals with relevant administrative or client service experience from any industry will be considered.
