Framatome Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of weekly/monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly/monthly payrolls from start to finish
  • Collate and check weekly timesheets
  • Process changes to payroll due to queries, e.g. overpayments, underpayments, and backdated pay changes
  • Process new starters and leavers, maintaining employee payroll records
  • Calculate and enter variable overtime, travel allowances, and expense payments
  • Process Statutory Payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.)
  • Sending Full Payment Submission to HMRC
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a payroll role
  • AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable
  • Working knowledge of payroll, including statutory requirements
