Framatome Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of weekly/monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage weekly/monthly payrolls from start to finish
- Collate and check weekly timesheets
- Process changes to payroll due to queries, e.g. overpayments, underpayments, and backdated pay changes
- Process new starters and leavers, maintaining employee payroll records
- Calculate and enter variable overtime, travel allowances, and expense payments
- Process Statutory Payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.)
- Sending Full Payment Submission to HMRC
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel
- Minimum 6 months experience in a payroll role
- AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable
- Working knowledge of payroll, including statutory requirements
- Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave per year, rising to 28 days after 2 years' service
- 8% Employer pension contribution (salary sacrifice)
