About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Accommodation Support Officer to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As an Accommodation Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants with their housing needs, working closely with probation practitioners to complete initial assessments and create tailored accommodation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalized accommodation plans.
  • Conduct initial assessments, considering risk, situation, and need.
  • Record progress and outcomes accurately using a case management system.
  • Maintain regular contact with participants, identifying and addressing any emerging risks or concerns.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and maintain professional relationships with participants and stakeholders.
  • A positive role model, capable of encouraging and supporting participants to make positive changes in their attitudes and behavior.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
