Service Care Solutions - Social Work is seeking a skilled Technical Theatre Teacher to join our team at Salford City College. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Participate in college processes, including enrolment, and adhere to college policies such as Health and Safety, Equality & Diversity, Inclusion, Quality Assurance, and the College Charter.
* Work flexibly to support the organization's needs.
* Participate in appraisal and staff development activities as required.
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
* Teach related courses in accordance with the college timetable.
* Assess students' progress and maintain accurate records of their achievements.
* Provide accurate reports and information to others as required by college quality assurance procedures.
* Develop and deliver an appropriate syllabus for any subject for which you have responsibility.
* Provide schemes of work to deliver the curriculum to the required standard.
* Ensure that resources, including books, materials, and facilities, are allocated within budget.

**Requirements:**

* A strong understanding of technical theatre and drama education.
* Excellent teaching and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
