About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager with a sound bias to join our team at The Lowry. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres and providing technical support to all areas of the business.

You will work closely with our other Technical Managers and the Head of Technical Services to achieve this goal. Your expertise in sound, audio visual, flying, rigging, and staging will be essential in providing the technical requirements of our theatre spaces.

About You:

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a producing or receiving theatre, preferably in a Head of Sound or similar role. You will have a strong understanding of theatre principles and processes, as well as experience working in a customer-facing environment.
