Key Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial point of interaction for visitors, parents, staff, and students, embodying a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Communication: Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely and constructive responses.
- Safety and Security: Uphold the safety and security of the institution by controlling access to the premises and monitoring entry points.
- Parent Engagement: Facilitate communication between parents and educators, including managing attendance inquiries and addressing concerns regarding student punctuality.
- Admissions Support: Assist with tasks related to student admissions, including organizing Open Mornings and responding to inquiries from prospective families.
- Record Management: Maintain and update institutional records, databases, and information systems.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable, including the upkeep of noticeboards and plants.
- Publication Assistance: Contribute to the creation of weekly newsletters and other institutional communications.
Requirements: An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service is required for this position.
