About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our internal leadership team within the service. As a Senior Education, Health and Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Education, Health and Care Plan Coordinators and administrative staff.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting the team with statutory work, taking a lead in complex casework, conflict resolution, and Tribunal cases. You will also be responsible for overseeing the Education, Health and Care needs assessment process and ensuring annual reviews are completed in a timely manner.

You will be expected to produce high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans for children and young people across the 0-25 age range, ensuring compliance with the Children's and Families Act and the Equality Act.

This is an exempted post under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, and appointment will be conditional upon a satisfactory response to a check of police records via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
