About the Role

Horizon Care & Education are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to support unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and care leavers in achieving their independence.

The Ideal Candidate

As a Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide practical support and guidance, enabling young people to develop essential life skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support and guidance to young people in their personal and professional lives
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and self-sufficiency
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and external partners
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
